1 Do you have a physical store? Where they are found:

2 They ship:

Zoladi makes daily shipments throughout Peru. Thanks to Our Clients and Allied Businesses: Zoladi Makes between 15 to 120 shipments every day.

-We make shipments in Lima to nearby districts: By Rappi and Orders Now. (orders arrive in 1-2 hours).

-To Other Areas of Lima through Olva or Shalom to Agencies near your home or Shipping to Docmicilo through Olva. (Approximately 12 Soles to Agency and 16-18 to Home).

- To Other Cities of Peru. We send by Olva or Shalom to Agency. Delay 1-3 days depends on the destination. (Approximately 13 to Agency and 18 to Home).

After placing your order, we will be coordinating your information and shipping. We leave shipments at Agencies between 11-2:30PM. We will be sending you a photo of your package/Guide/Code by WhatsApp from 997554167 between 2 and 4PM on the day the shipment is made. Remember that orders generated before 1PM are sent to the agency the same day. If you place your order at 2, 3, 4pm or later... It will leave the next day except if the next day is a Sunday or a holiday that does not operate Shalom or Olva.

For your shipment it is important that you leave us your Full Name, ID Number, City. Address in case of home delivery. IF YOU ARE A MINOR ; We need you to give us the Full Name and ID Number of an adult who can make the withdrawal for you.

Do I have to pay in advance?

Yes, Shipments must be 100% paid for the shipment to be made. We only have cash on delivery if you come to buy in Our Store.

Will my shipment arrive damaged?

-At Zoladi Hacemos we have been making shipments throughout Peru for many years. We know our customers' need to receive their products in good condition and with the most perfect packaging possible. We use safe boxes. We put air or paper bags if necessary. In the rainy season or in the jungle, we line the boxes with Film paper.

How do I track my shipment?

For Shalom You will have to enter the "Tracking" Order Number and Code indicated in the guide that we will send you when making your shipment.

For Olva you will have to enter the Tracking Number and Year. The Tracking Number is the one that appears under the barcode followed by 024 (Which is the year identifier.

NOTE; Keep in mind that especially on dates close to Christmas/July 28/Valentine's Day these companies have high demand and may have delays in updating their website. Sometimes updates can take 1-2 hours.

What is In-Store Pickup and how much time do I have to pick up the product?

When you buy on the Web you have the option of picking up in Store. If your product is paid for through the Web or you coordinate payment through WhatsApp: You can come whenever you want. We store your products for up to 1 year in case you cannot come.

If you place your order online without making online payment, you can contact us on WhatsApp: 921456541 or we will contact you. If payment is not coordinated within 2 days, we will cancel the order.

Some models (especially Fast and Furious Bryan models and also limited series may take months to arrive again.

Why is the Model I am looking for almost always out of stock? 12 What is a Preorder product, how does it work?:

Brands like Hotwheels are launching new products and many of them become difficult to obtain or increase in price quickly.

Make sure you receive your favorite models at the best price with Zoladi preorders.

What time do they arrive? On each product we indicate a tentative date or month in which it will arrive. Sometimes there may be delays but in general they arrive before the indicated date.

Do I have to pay before? If you buy on the website, it only allows you to pay the total. You can also pay only 50% in advance if you coordinate by WhatsApp at 921456541 or by selecting payment on delivery and coordinate your advance by WhatsApp at 921456541.

What happens if for some reason my preorder does not arrive at Zoladi? Zoladi always do our best to give the best service and satisfaction to our customers. It has not yet happened to us that a pre-order has not arrived , we have had some delays of up to 2 weeks since manufacturers sometimes postpone their release dates. But Zoladi also gives you the guarantee that if your product does not arrive, we will refund 110% of the value paid. (If, for example, you paid 150 Soles for a preorder and Zoladi does not arrive, it will return 165. In case the product does not arrive 1 and a half months after the expected date.

13 I sent a WhatsApp and they don't respond to me?:

Don't worry. At Zoladi we are connected and answering messages almost 24 hours a day.

If we do not respond immediately, it may be that we are doing a LIVE, that we are serving many customers in the store. Also in some cases we are slow due to high demand for orders and messages.

Generally our maximum delay time in responding to messages is 1 hour.

 

14 The Blisters and boxes of the Cars are 10/10?:

At Zoladi we know and we care that you are completely satisfied with your order and that the packaging is as good as possible.

A good amount of products displayed in the store are with a blister protector. (Which is not included in the product, if you want protectors we sell them separately).

We keep our stock of products in special crates that protect the blister packs as much as possible.

Remember that many of the models we sell are models that may have been on sale since 1982, which is the oldest product we have. Products that are more than 1 year old have been stored or may have suffered some wear. It is normal, for example, that a blister from 2013 may have some signs of wear.

If you find a blister in the store that is not in such good condition, you can check if we have more of the same model to offer you one in better condition. Likewise, if we have a damaged product and it is the last one, we will let you know before shipping it.

Remember to read the product title; We have a section of products with damaged packaging. The name of the product will first indicate the phrase damaged packaging.

15 Can I Request a Ticket or Invoice in Zoladi?:

ZPoints will be used to redeem Blister Protectors / Hotwheels Carts / Gift Cards to be used as cash on purchases at Zoladi.

You just need to register with Zoladi to start accumulating ZPoints.

18 Can I sell my collections on Zoladi?:

19 Why Some Brands Come in the Car in a Blister and Others in a Box.

Some Brands like Mini GT / Tomica release a Version of the same car and in Blister. In the case of MINI GT, the Cars sold in the USA come with the Car and its Cardboard box in a Blister and for the European and Hong Kong Market the Car comes only in a box. Likewise, Tomica in its Film Series varies from Blister to Box. Hotwheels also has a Small blister size for Europe and Large for the rest of the world. 20 Is there where to park?

To Park there are 3 Options.

1- Park in the Zones marked Green.

2- Shopping Center Parking, Green Arrow . (Cost 5 Soles per Hour). If you enter this parking lot, try to park at the entrance and go down 1 floor through the first stairs and you will see our store.

3- Plaza Vea parking lot. Red Arrows. (Cost 8 Soles per Hour, But if you make a purchase in Plaza Vea you can get 1 or 2 Hours Free. There is Entry through Av. Caminos del Inca or Jr Monterrey.

21 Is there parking for motorcycles and bicycles?

For Bicycles:

-See Square. Marked in a red and black circle. There is bicycle parking inside Plaza Vea. It is safe since on the side is the girl who charges for parking.

-Jr Monterrey (the Point Marked with the Red and Black Circle that is farthest to the right) is the one to go up to the parking lot of the Shopping Center. There you can tie the bicycle and there is always a guard on that ramp
